Award-winning Malvern-based agency Pepperneck is to showcase its bespoke services at next week’s Business Expo - offering a free marketing review from an accredited Google Partner to all companies and a chance to meet two new marketing specialists.
Pepperneck works with a wide range of B2C and B2B companies to ensure their marketing and PR activities clearly support long-term business objectives and is a growing business and has recently appointed two new staff members – James Richardson and Alison Grange.
James, newly appointed Business Development Manager, joined Pepperneck in January, having previously been responsible for marketing at a Fast Track 100 IT company.
Alison Grange, PR and Social Media Manager, joined in February, having previously worked for public sector clients. Her background as a trained journalist, with more than 25 years’ experience, means she can ensure all clients can take advantage of the best public relations and social media opportunities to raise their own profile.
James will work directly with new and existing clients to identify innovative and bespoke marketing strategies that enable them to achieve their organisational goals, provide a positive return on investment and ensure they are taking full advantage of the digital revolution.
He said: “The digital takeover is changing the way the world does business with more than three quarters of the UK’s population accessing the Internet every day. Online marketing offers a huge opportunity that many businesses are failing to capitalise on.
“Digital strategy and marketing means more than owning a website and a social media page but ensuring your business is visible and active wherever and whenever your potential customers are online, especially with more and more people using mobile devices today.
“Pepperneck is an accredited ‘Google Partner’ meaning we are recommended by Google to advise clients on the best AdWord and Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising strategies to meet their stated business objectives.
“To prove how valuable such a digital marketing strategy - built on expert analysis - can be, Pepperneck are offering a free marketing review for your business or organisation. All you have to do to is visit us on Stand 93 so why not take this opportunity to spice up your marketing now,” James added.
Held at Malvern’s Three Counties Showground, the Expo on March 3, runs from 9.30am to 3pm, and provides another valuable opportunity for Pepperneck to raise its profile among the local business community.
Pepperneck Director Steve Adams said: “Malvern and the surrounding areas boast a fabulous variety of businesses – from manufacturers, which we are particularly experienced in working with, to the local cyber specialism and more individual niche companies.
“We are proud to work with a diverse array of clients that all share the common goal of raising their profile with specific target audiences,” he added.
Recent successes for Pepperneck include a 156% increase in online bookings for National Windscreens since launching its new website. Pepperneck’s promotion of the firm’s innovative new software ‘Partscheck’ has also seen them shortlisted for a major insurance industry award for the first time with the winner due to be announced in April.
Another long-standing client, Hereford-based BBR Optometry, was recently named winner in the Association of Optometrists (AOP) Marketing Campaign of the Year category. The campaign was delivered by Pepperneck and used social media, press engagement and email to engage with customers.
