New website delivers 156% increase in online sales for National Windscreens

National Windscreens, the £109 million turnover vehicle glass and replacement specialist, has seen a 156% increase in online job bookings since launching a new website designed by Malvern based marketing agency, Pepperneck Ltd, earlier this year.

Pepperneck has worked with National Windscreens for more than 15 years and recently launched a new brand identity which has been implemented throughout the organisation – including 108 fitting centres and 800 vehicles.

The new website is the latest stage in a coordinated marketing strategy being delivered by Pepperneck, designed to increase awareness of the National Windscreens’ brand in line with its position as a UK market leader.

Pepperneck's Managing Director Steve Adams says, “As a national company targeting a number of different audiences, it is vital that National Windscreens’ web presence reflects its status as a leading UK wide service provider. The website needed to work on a number of levels, but the most important from a commercial aspect is the number of visitors that convert to jobs booked.

“We are really pleased with the level of business the site is generating for National Windscreens as it validates the recommendations we made when the project first started.”

As well as designing and building the new site, Pepperneck facilitated a research project to ensure it contained all of the information required for all of National Windscreens’ target audiences, including corporate clients and motorists.

National Windscreens’ Managing Director, Pete Marsden, says “We are operating in a very competitive market place and need to make sure we are constantly raising awareness of our services to ensure the market realises that we offer a service proposition which far outweighs other providers.

Pepperneck supports National Windscreens with all aspects of its marketing, helping the company to grow from a £45 million annual turnover in 2009, to its current figure of £109 million.
