Pepperneck is delighted to announce that 100% of respondents to a recent customer survey advised they would recommend its marketing services to others.
The survey was sent to all existing clients at the beginning of February to assess customer perception of our current service offering and to identify any areas where there may be potential for us to do more.
94% of customers gave absolute top marks for web design, creativity and efficiency, with PR and social media services achieving 92%.
A significant number of survey respondents advised they would like more information about potential marketing opportunities on a regular basis, rather than waiting for formal review meetings.
As a direct result of this feedback, Pepperneck will be introducing a new marketing trends and opportunities communication programme to all of our clients over the next few weeks. The first in this series will talk about Google AdWords, also known as Pay Per Click (PPC) and how it can work most effectively – whatever market you are in.
