Pepperneck becomes Worcester’s first ‘Google Partner’

Pepperneck has become the first accredited ‘Google Partner’ based in Worcester and close surrounding areas, following a comprehensive accreditation process led by PR & Social Media Specialist, Hannah Haffield.

Google Partners are ‘online marketing companies trusted by Google’; the official badge is evidence that an agency is recommended by Google to advise clients on the best AdWord and Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising strategies to meet their stated business objectives.

Pepperneck is only the second integrated marketing agency in the county to achieve Google Partner status, and one of only three located throughout Herefordshire and Worcestershire. It is also included on the Google Partner Search list, an online tool that allows individuals to locate an agency that meets their specific service requirements.

To achieve Google Partner status, Pepperneck had to meet Google’s stringent requirements in professional development and commitment to ongoing best practice in AdWords management.

To celebrate its new ‘Google Partner’ status, Pepperneck is offering a free AdWords review to all businesses located in Herefordshire and Worcestershire which it will be promoting at the Hereford and Worcester Chamber Expo at the Three Counties Show Ground next week.

Strategic AdWords and PPC campaigns play a significant role in the activities of a number of Pepperneck’s clients, as Managing Director, Steve Adams, explains, “Pepperneck has an established reputation for designing and developing websites that don’t just look good, they are proven to work. Even the best looking and functioning website in the world is no good if no-one knows it’s there!

“We support our clients to get found on search engines in a number of ways including targeted PR and social media campaigns, and increasingly a number of our clients are using PPC and AdWords as part of wider integrated programmes.”

Becoming a Google Partner required a lengthy period of online study and a series of exams, followed by a programme of developing current clients’ AdWord campaigns to demonstrate understanding of best practice. Accreditation also required a significant level of AdWords expenditure to be in place through the Pepperneck management services to prove an appropriate level of experience.

Hannah says, “I am very proud to have completed the course and secured official Google Partner status for Pepperneck.  I am now looking forward to implementing this knowledge with a large number of new clients as we aim to raise our profile as Worcester’s leading Google specialist.”
